Letter to Parents: Maths Home Learning Platform

Dear Parents,

We are writing to inform you of an exciting change to our maths homework platform. Beginning Thursday 26 September, the Math Department will be transitioning from MathWatch to Seneca Learning (https://app.senecalearning.com/login) as our main homework platform. This new platform utilises artificial intelligence to provide personalised learning experiences, tailored to each student's individual needs and abilities.

Seneca offers a dynamic and engaging approach to maths homework, with interactive quizzes, practice questions, and video tutorials. The platform is designed to both challenge and support students in their learning, ensuring that they are working at their optimal level.

Homework will be set every Thursday and due the following Wednesday. We encourage students to complete their homework regularly, as it plays a crucial role in reinforcing classroom learning and preparing for assessments.

It is important to note that the Science Department has already made a similar transition to Seneca, as you may have seen in their recent letter. This consistency across departments will provide students with a more streamlined and efficient learning experience.

To access Seneca, students will use their school email address and password. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the Math Department.
